Junior Sales Manager in the Oleochemicals division

We are looking for a committed sales representative for our Basic Oleochemicals division who will work with our senior sales team to develop the market. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or higher in a natural science subject, business administration, marketing, or other economics.

Current status: September 2025

ChemSynergy GmbH is a leading distributor and producer of oleochemicals and their derivatives, focusing on the cosmetics/personal care industry, household products/detergents, and industrial applications.

Tasks:

  • Expansion of ChemSynergy GmbH’s business areas

  • Maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships and acquisition of new customers

  • Implementation of sales strategies in day-to-day business

  • Working closely with the senior sales team to implement campaigns and sales promotion measures

  • Entrepreneurship

Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • CRM software (Salesforce or similar) desirable but not essential

  • Fluent in English and German

  • Other languages are desirable but not essential

Communication:

  • Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally

  • Willingness to travel for business
